For purchasing a special equipment at JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant" it is necessary for buyer to address at the department of marketing with the application where should be specified:
  1. The name of organization-buyer and its essential elements ( legal address, settlement account, code ZKPO, certificate of tax payer, post and full name of headman, contact person).
  2. A special equipment to be received, model (for example, truck crane KTA-16).
  3. The base chassis ( for example, mobile chassis MAZ 533702). If chassis for installation a crane machine set ( other special equipment ) is available at customer it is necessary to specify model, year of release, technical condition.
  4. Quantity of the truck cranes ( other special equipment ) to be purchased.
  5. Prospective terms and delivery conditions.
  6. After application is received, department of marketing within 10 days makes out the commercial offer in which it is underlined: model of delivered truck crane ( other special equipment ) with instruction of the chassis, terms and delivery conditions, cost of delivery, guarantee certificates and also payment conditions.
    Example of the application
Possible payment conditions:
  1. If a truck crane ( other special equipment ) is available in the warehouse of JSC "DTCP" the buyer carries out 100% payment in advance on the settlement account of JSC "Drogobych Truck Crane Plant". After receiving money JSC "DTCP" during one working day carries out preselling preparation, then the truck crane is ready to shipment.
  2. If a truck crane ( other special equipment) is to be manufactured the buyer pays 50% payment in advance during 3 bank days after the contract is concluded and the rest 50% after notification the truck crane is ready to shipment.
  3. If a truck crane ( other special equipment ) is to be manufactured on the customer's chassis the buyer pays 50% of cost at the moment of chassis delivery and the rest 50% after notification the truck crane is ready to shipment.
  4. Purchase of a truck crane ( other special equipment) under the bank credit is possible.
Possible delivery conditions:
  • buyer delivery at own expense.
  • manufacturer delivery ( by self-driving, railway or sea transport).

After all sale conditions between JSC "DTCP" and buyer are
agreed the contract is to be concluded.
