Some provisions of Regulations about Dealer network:
1. REQUIREMENTS TO THE DEALER
1.1. A Dealer of JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant" required to be the legal person with experience in sales and service of mobile special equipment at least 3 years, has the industrial base for carrying out the obligations and during one year sold 3 truck cranes produced at JSC "DTCP" on the moment of conclusion a Dealer Agreement.
1.2. By the moment of contract conclusion the legal person intending to be the Dealer of JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant" should give in proper order certified copies of following documents:
- copy of Charter;
- copy of Certificate of state registration;
- copy of inclusion in the state register;
- copy of information of tax payer;
- copy of Certificate of PDV payer ( tax on additional cost);
- information on bank accounts;
- copy of license or permit of DAI (transport police) on the right of vehicles realization.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Dealer of JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant" is the independent seller who represents interests of JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant" at the defined Territory. Dealer takes responsibility to sell the truck cranes, other special equipment, spare parts to them (Production), manufactured at JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant", carrying out the preselling preparation and service organization at the defined Territory.
2.2. Dealer receives Production according to the contracts (purchase-sale, contracts of commission and consignment) and carries out the sales to the final customer on its own behalf.
2.3. Dealer works on promotion-realization the Production of JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant" and receives a reward in percentage discounts from the prices authorized by JSC "Drogobych truck crane plant".
