The main aim of the service centers activity is to provide the promt technical service of the truck cranes produced by JSC "DTCP", in particular:
- technical service and maintenance (including the guarantee maintenance) of the truck cranes at the areas which are located close to the clients.
- promt satisfaction of the spair parts orders.
The client is obliged to obtain the technical service of the truck crane at JSC "DTCP" certified service centers.
JSC "DTCP" guaranteed the normal operation of the truck cranes (the crane units) within 18 months but not more than 1000 motorhours.
The guarantee does not cover the truck cranes which are not registrated or did not pass through the technical control at the certified service center.
In case of lack of the certified service center in the region of cranes operation the client has the right to provide the technical service by himself.
