Advantages
In order to improve technical parameters and reliability the following design decisions are performed:
- 4-section boom of 9,7-29,5 m height with extending of 2-nd and 3-rd boom sections by two hydraulic cylinders and adjusting extending of 4-th section. There is a specially designed holder allowing to set the 4-th section promptly (only 5-7 min) with moving a section by hydraulic cylinder. Such a boom design significantly makes easier mechanism of pulling out a sections giving a possibility to decrease a boom weight to 300 kg in comparison with booms which mostly are used in cranes of l/c 32 .. 36 t, where extending is performed by two hydraulic cylinders and rope tackle.
- Fixed frame with tilting outriggers and conic module for installation a crane slewing frame is developed by means of computer designing with simultaneous performing a calculation by methods of finite elements one of the most up-to-date calclation program "Cosmos works", what allowed to increase significantly an outriggers base up to 5,8 m х 4,8 m, in comparison with КТА-28, which with dimensions 5,2 m х 4,2 m has a frame weight 600 kg more to compare with a new frame.
- Main crane hydraulic cylinders are completed with high-quality sealings and guides of "Simrit" brand.
- Joining of pipings are performed using various rings and fittings "Parker" according to DIN 2353 (ISO 2434)
- Distributing and regulating components is provided from specialising firms in Bulgaria, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.
- On client's request truck cranes may be fitted with hydraulic distributor with electronic propotional control of "Sauer-Danfoss" brand (joistick steering) provides smoothness, easiness and exactness of control. Tiredness of operator reduces, at the same time safety and productivity increase.
- Modern operator cabin has an increased strength thanks to using in a frame metallic right-angled profiles, up-to-date interior, including comfortable operators seat, new types of facing panels, glued windows, heater "Planar" with automatic electronical system of keeping a required temperature in a cabin. Cabin is fitted with a sliding door and a hatch, allowing to control a microclimate inside it.
- Facing of crane fixed part with tools boxes, comfortable ladders and original step ladder near-by operators cabin.
- Safe operation of crane is ensured by a set of devices PZK-30 including microprocessor limitation instrument of loading with digital indication a crane operation parameters on the display. Device automatically protects a crane from overloading and tipping over. It is equipped with space protection system needed for operation in tight space conditions having an installed block of telemetric memory ( “black box”) and module of protection a crane from unsafe tension (SNEP) while working close to electric wires.
